Jane Elliot is a teacher for 3 grade children. One day the teacher has a discussion with kids about the meaning of the word discrimination, who are treated bad in the US like the black people and Indians. How does it feel to be treated different than others? So on Tuesday the teacher divided the students into 2 groups depending on their eyes color (blue eyes and brown eyes). One the first day the blue eyes group only can ask question to the teacher, play games on the school yard and have more time in the break time than the brown eyes group, because the blue eyes people are smarter than others and better thinking. In the other side brown eyes kids were feeling so dispersed and feeling unfair because they are not as smart as blue eyes people. On the next day the teacher said that she has made a mistake and actually brown eyes people are people are smarter than blue eyes, because they can understand faster and have the home work done quicker. On the other hand blue eyes kids are not. So blue eyes kids were feeling so jealous and carrying hate to the brown eyes and feeling so unequalize .
On these two days miss jane have gained the kids how does it feel to be treated different
I thank all people are treating people equally no matter the color, race or sex this ,is what our religion tells us.
